Refund Policy
Returns Eligibility
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. NIIS Beauty Ltd does not currently provide free return postage. We recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure the item reaches us.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@niisbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase and return the item to our office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Exchanges
